This Software License Terms agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and OptimalCore (A Dimitriadis T Rafailidis OE), a company incorporated under the laws of Greece with its registered office at Laodikias 4 Str, 55134, Thessaloniki, GEMI: 59335804000.

By downloading, installing, or using the software program (“Software”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept the terms, do not use the Software.

We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Software;

• Use the Software in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.

All intellectual property rights in the Software remain the exclusive property of OptimaCore or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify, or stop offering the Software at any time without notice. This includes removing download access or ending support. However, this does not affect your right to continue using a version you already downloaded, as long as you comply with these License Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Software will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or be compatible with all systems or configurations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising out of your use or inability to use the Software.

7. Termination

This license remains in effect unless and until it is terminated. We may terminate your rights under this license if you materially breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete any copies in your possession. Termination does not affect any rights you acquired legally before the breach.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
